How busy are the roads up there for the daily commute compared to what they used to be?

It’s thinned out since our governor shut down the state for the election but turn signal use has lowered from 22% to less than 19%. I’m lead to believe my governor will not allow our law enforcement to enforce basic driving laws after speaking with law enforcement and government.
