Today marks the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the SeaBees! Oorah!!
Founded this date in 1942, then Rear Admiral Ben Moreell saw the need for the Construction Battalions to provide the infrastructure necessary to sustain the defense of our troops no matter where in the world they may be.
Motto: Construimus, Batuimus (Latin for "We Build, We Fight").
