According to the official narrative HIV is 100% fatal yet no one is being required to prove that they're HIV-Neg at any time for any reason. In fact the Gay lobby challenged the Red Cross in court and the courts ruled that it was illegal for blood services to restrict members of the high-risk groups from donating blood. Yet now people are being told that they must, forevermore, prove that they're negative for a 'disease' with a 99.99% survival rate just to be allowed to leave their homes. For 30 years the U.S.A. forbid anyone to enter the country if they had HIV but no one was ever questioned about their status at the border. In California, the courts ruled that no one is required to reveal their HIV+ status to their sexual partner.
