It is located in West Potomac Park next to the National Mall in Washington, D.C., United States. I have not seen it, but have spoken with people who have. They tell me it is truly impressive in person.What a night!I ordered Chinese from my favorite local place (won't name them) and went to pick it up. As I was driving home, I heard the bags rustling and moving!!!I thought, "What on earth is that? Has something gotten into the bag?" I thought I could see a little pair of eyes peering out.I was driving so I pulled over and leaned forward, picked up the bag, put it on the passenger seat, and there it was again, more rustling and little eyes looking out behind the egg rolls!I thought, "Its got to be a rat or a mouse or something", so I carefully pulled the bag down...And there it was...... A Peeking Duck!!!Thank you! I’ll be here all week. Be sure to tip the band and the waitstaff…
