Just a heads-up for those of you that buy tactical gear -- back in November I ordered three items from Tactical USA for Christmas presents. I got the purchase confirmation right away. So far, so good. Then, nothing. After a reasonable amount of time I started emailing customer service. Many emails. They only responded to ONE and it was one of those, "We'll get back to you within 24 hours" boilerplate emails. Nada, zilch, zip, don't hold your breath. So... my barrage of emails began anew. To no avail. So finally I filed with the Boston BBB. Now, almost overnight, I got an email saying they shipped today. Surprise, surprise! These are the bad boys of online shopping. Currently they have over 30 cases filed against them with the BBB. 30! Their modus operendi seems to be taking customer's money and then just sitting on the cash and playing the waiting game. If only 50% of customers just give up, the company is way ahead. The money involved is never enough to warrant taking it to court and they know it. But they relent when you get the BBB involved and threaten to file for interstate fraud. Just so you know, friends. If Tactical USA comes knockin', lock your door.
