GET A LOAD OF THE FOLLOWING: Claudia told me propane prices would be FALLING in Mexico, so much it made the news, and the Wall Street Journal then posted the reason why. What can I say, other than that YES, dark winter is being set up. Really, the only thing I can do is stew and pace. I am useless after this one.
